Fenn founded Maner Little Crumly & Chambliss LLP upon his return to the practice of law, from a multi-year sabbatical in the business community, with the express purpose of devoting his practice to the protection of Constitutional and Civil Rights.
His cases involve government misconduct, government restrictions on the free exercise of religion, violations of free speech and other kinds of civil and constitutional rights violations. He has extensive courtroom experience in both the trial and appellate courts including Federal District Courts, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and has represented clients in their testimony before Congress. Several of his cases have garnered national media attention. Fenn is the attorney for Alex White who exposed the corruption in the Atlanta Police Department that caused the death of Kathryn Johnston.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in American History from Washington and Lee University in 1984, his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1987 and studied at Candler School of Theology at Emory University from 1999 until 2001. He currently serves on the Boards of Compassion House and Wilderness Works Ministries which serve the needs of at risk youth.
